“ Breakfast for better days” by Kellogg’s, is a program of social intervention which responds to the need of supporting vulnerable social groups, who are the victims of the financial crisis that has hit our country during the last years. It combines in the best way responsible marketing with the company’s social contribution in cooperation with its consumers. This initiative takes shape for the second year in a row and 820.000 portions in total will be distributed through the “Food Bank”.
For the implementation of the program, the “Food Bank” cooperates with QualityNet Foundation. The “Food Bank” offers facilities for the storage and the apportionment of the quantities of cereals, while QualityNet Foundation acts as the mediator between private initiative, institutions and organizations which benefit from it, in order to try and solve this serious social problem of our day and alleviate the situation.
